About IV Drip at Home

IV Drip at Home is a booking and information service for IV drips at home, in hotels and at offices across the UAE. This site is operated by Tamam, which arranges visits with licensed partner clinics rather than giving care itself.

Operated by TamamBookings are coordinated by Tamam, the UAE on-demand services company. Drips are assessed and given by licensed partner clinics.gettamam.ae

Who runs this site

IV Drip at Home is operated by Tamam, the UAE on-demand services company. Tamam connects people with providers for services they would rather have come to them, and IV drips are one of the categories it coordinates. When you message us on WhatsApp, you are talking to Tamam’s coordination team.

We created this brand to give IV drip bookings a clear home of their own. Everything here, from the drip guides to the area pages, is written to help you understand what a home visit involves before you decide whether to ask for one.

What Tamam does, and what it does not do

Our role is coordination. We take your request, ask a few short questions and pass it to a licensed partner clinic that serves your area and offers the kind of drip you are asking about. We stay in touch until the visit is confirmed, rescheduled or closed, and we check in afterwards if anything needs following up.

Tamam is not a clinic. We do not employ the nurses or doctors who give drips, we do not decide what goes into a bag, and we do not give medical advice. If you ask us whether a drip is right for you, the honest answer is that the clinician has to decide, and we will put the question to them.

  • Booking by WhatsApp message
  • Matching your request to a licensed partner clinic
  • Passing your basic details to the clinic’s clinician for review
  • Confirming the time, address and access arrangements
  • Following up after the visit

How our partner clinics are expected to work

IV therapy is a medical procedure, so we only work with clinics that hold the licence required where the visit takes place. In Dubai that is the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). In Abu Dhabi emirate, including Al Ain and Al Dhafra, it is the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH). In Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, it is the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).

The clinician leads every decision. They review your details before the visit, check your vitals and history on arrival, and choose what to give and at what rate. They can also decline. A partner who says no, or who suggests you see a doctor first, is doing exactly what we expect of them.

You are always welcome to ask the visiting nurse for their name and the clinic they work for. It is a reasonable question, and it should get a clear answer.

Why a separate brand for IV drips

Tamam offers many kinds of service, and a general services site has little room for the questions people ask about IV drips: what is in one, who should avoid it, how long a session lasts, whether it can happen in a hotel room. Those answers deserve more space than a single listing can give.

So IV Drip at Home is one focused place for that information, in English, Arabic and Russian, for the people who live in and visit the UAE. Each language version is written for its own readers rather than translated word for word, and the facts are the same in all three.

Our editorial standards

Health content is easy to oversell, and we work hard not to. The rules below apply to every page on this site, in every language.

Where evidence for IV use is limited, we say so, and we mention oral alternatives when they are a reasonable option. If you spot something here that looks wrong or out of date, message us on WhatsApp and we will look into it.

  • No claims that a drip cures, prevents or reverses any condition
  • No reviews, ratings or testimonials of any kind
  • No prices and no invented statistics
  • Wording reviewed with medical caution before publication
  • Pages updated when UAE health rules or partner practices change
