Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the IV Drip at Home website or contact us to arrange a drip. Please read them before booking: by using the site or our booking service, you agree to them. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Who operates this site

IV Drip at Home is operated by Tamam, the UAE on-demand services company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tamam acting under the IV Drip at Home brand, and “you” means anyone who uses the site or contacts us about a booking.

Tamam coordinates bookings. It is not a healthcare facility and does not give drips, examine patients or prescribe treatment. That work is done by licensed partner clinics.

Information only, not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about IV drips and how home visits work. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation that any treatment is right for you, and it does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

Drip contents, session lengths and suitability vary between clinics and between people. Where a page describes what is commonly included or what usually happens, the clinician who assesses you decides what actually applies. If you have symptoms that worry you, see a doctor. In an emergency, call 999 or 998.

How bookings work

When you message us, we pass your request to a partner clinic that covers your area. A booking is confirmed only when that clinic accepts it, and every booking remains subject to clinical assessment and to the clinic’s availability.

The clinician may ask further questions, change what is offered, recommend that you see a doctor first, or decline the booking, either beforehand or on arrival. That decision is theirs and is made for your safety. We cannot override it, and nobody will pressure you to accept a different treatment.

Please give accurate information. Leaving out a condition, medicine or allergy can put you at risk and may lead the clinician to stop the visit.

The partner clinic’s responsibility

The partner clinic is responsible for the clinical care you receive, including the assessment, the choice and preparation of the drip, how it is given, monitoring during the session and aftercare advice. Its clinicians work under the licence of the relevant regulator: the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in Dubai, the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) in Abu Dhabi emirate, and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) in Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

The clinic may ask you to sign its own consent form and may have its own policies, which apply alongside these terms. Questions about clinical care, medical records or treatment decisions should go to the clinic, and we will help you reach it.

Prices and payment

Prices depend on the drip, the clinic, the location, the time of the visit and the number of people. You will be told the price before the booking is confirmed, and nothing is booked until you agree to it.

Payment is made as agreed at the time of booking. If the clinician changes what is given after assessing you, the price may change too, and you will be told before treatment goes ahead. This site does not publish prices.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Plans change. If you need to cancel or move a booking, tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can, so the clinic can adjust its schedule before a nurse sets off to you.

Partner clinics may have their own cancellation or late-change policies, and any that apply will be explained when your booking is confirmed. If the clinic needs to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange another time or close the request.

Who can book

Bookings are for adults. A drip for a minor will be considered only with the agreement and presence of a parent or legal guardian, and only if the clinician approves it. The clinician may decline in any case.

If you book for someone else, such as a family member or colleague, make sure they agree, that the information you give about them is accurate, and that they understand the clinician will assess them directly.

Acceptable use

Please use this site and our booking channels in good faith.

We may refuse or stop arranging bookings for anyone who breaks these rules. Clinic staff may also end a visit if they feel unsafe.

  • Do not make false or misleading bookings
  • Do not book on someone’s behalf without their consent
  • Do not harass or abuse our team or clinic staff
  • Do not copy this site’s content for commercial use without permission
  • Do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale or break its security

Limits of liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, and we do not guarantee availability, arrival times or any particular result from a drip.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Tamam is not liable for clinical care provided by partner clinics, for decisions made by their clinicians, or for indirect losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the relevant emirate. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts, unless the law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms when our service or the applicable rules change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Last updated 5 November 2026.
