WhatsApp for bookings, the Tamam app as an alternative
WhatsApp on +971 50 601 1938 is our main and only booking channel. A written message keeps your details in one thread, lets us share them accurately with the partner clinic, and gives you confirmations you can scroll back to later. If typing is awkward, a voice note in the same chat works too.
If you already book other Tamam services at home, the Tamam app for iPhone and Android offers another way in; tap “Get the app” to download it. We do not take bookings by phone call, so for an IV drip please start with a WhatsApp message.
What to include in your first message
A short message with the basics helps us move faster. You do not need to cover everything at once; we will ask for anything that is missing.
Please keep health details brief in the chat. A line such as “I take blood pressure medicine” is enough at this stage. The clinician from the partner clinic will go through your full history with you directly, either before the visit or when they arrive.
- The drip you are interested in, or simply what you hope it will help with
- Your area and building, or the hotel name if you are a guest
- Your preferred date and time, and how flexible you are
- How many people would like a drip
- Any medical conditions, medicines or allergies, in general terms only
What to expect after you write
We reply as soon as we can, and we will tell you if a request needs more time, for example while a clinic checks its schedule or a clinician reviews your answers. We do not promise fixed reply or arrival times, because both depend on the partner clinic, your area and the time of day.
A booking is only confirmed once the clinic has accepted it. If the clinician decides a drip is not suitable, or that you should see a doctor first, we will let you know and will not push for a different answer.
Emergencies, feedback and complaints
Never message us in an emergency. If someone has chest pain, difficulty breathing, has fainted, is confused, shows signs of a severe allergic reaction or has any other urgent symptom, call 998 for an ambulance or 999 for emergency services straight away. A home drip is never a substitute for emergency care.
Feedback of any kind is welcome on the same WhatsApp number. If something went wrong with a booking or a visit, tell us what happened, when and where. We will log it, raise it with the partner clinic involved and come back to you with what we found. Concerns about clinical care can also be taken to the clinic itself or to the health regulator for that emirate.
