Visits can be arranged in all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. What decides a booking on a given day is whether a partner clinic licensed in that emirate has a nurse free within reach of your address. Central districts usually offer more options, while places such as Hatta, Al Dhafra or the east coast may need more notice. Each emirate page lists the towns and communities we serve. Some have their own page with local access notes; others appear in a list underneath. If your area is missing, ask anyway.

Questions people ask
My community is not listed. Can a nurse still come?
Quite possibly. The pages cover well-known communities, not the outer limit of where nurses travel. Send us your address or a map pin on WhatsApp and we will check with the partner clinics serving that emirate. If none can reach you at the time you want, we will say so straight away and suggest another slot.
Why does availability vary between emirates?
Each emirate has its own health regulator, and a clinic generally works within the emirate where it holds its licence. Dubai falls under the Dubai Health Authority, Abu Dhabi emirate under the Department of Health, and the five northern emirates under the Ministry of Health and Prevention. Distance and traffic matter too, especially for remote towns and islands.
What access details should I share for my building or hotel?
As much as you can. Give the building or tower name, the villa or flat number, which gate or entrance to use, and any visitor registration your community requires. For hotels, share the hotel name and the name the room is booked under. Parking tips save time, particularly in gated villa communities and busy towers.
